Cooking Instructions
Serves 1

Things you Need:

• 1/2 Large Banana
• 2/3 cup Almond Milk
• 1/2 cup Paleo Hero Almond Porridge Mix

Method:

In a small saucepan, add half a banana and mash with a fork then stir in almond milk.

Place over a low-medium heat for 2 minutes or until warmed through.

Add ½ cup (50g) of Paleo Hero Primal Porridge Mix and stir until well combined.

Bring to the boil and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the mix has thickened to a porridge consistency.

Serve immediately as is or add your choice of toppings.

Serving Suggestion: Add a few drops of orange essential oil or mix through some poached apple or pears
